Just a few days away from the new year and I couldn’t happier to put 2009 behind me. This has been a really a tough one. I know, I know, “It’s been tough for everyone.” Very true, but what I’ve had to deal with this year has been “special” to say the least. Between the deeper plunge into debt, pay/time cuts, and the highlight of the year dubbed “the Lebowski incident”, I’m ready to move onto happier times. Read on if you want to hear the tale.

Christmas this year was pretty awesome. It’s been a rough couple of months, so it was definitely nice to have a relaxing holiday. My brothers and I did something we haven’t done, ever actually. We took a couple of photos together, including a few with our mom. It was nice. We also played our yearly game of 2-on-1 against my little brother. He swears one day he’ll beat my older brother and I, but I strongly doubt it. He is getting a lot better though. It’s really scary to see how big he is now. I used to carry him around, and now he’s this dude. Creepy. I feel old.
Speaking of which, 27 is knocking on my door. That’s a scary thought. Hope everyone had a great holiday.
